Curious what a Chiropractic Adjustment is?

It is defined by Mayo Clinic as:

A Chiropractic Adjustment is a procedure in which trained specialists (chiropractors) use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal or extremity motion and improve your body's physical function.

What types of pain can an adjustment help?

If your pain is due to any of the following reasons, Chiropractic adjustments have been shown to improve these issues.

  • Sensitivity & Pain
  • Spinal Stiffness
  • Limited movement in the shoulders, elbows, wrists & fingers
  • Muscle Spasms
  • Nerve pain, this is a sharp, stabbing or burning pain.

Pain Levels

Adjustment are the fastest way to decrease musculoskeletal pain. Once the inflammation is reduced, the blood flow returns to the area and the nerve is free of irritation, you will find relief from pain!
